The success of the 4th of July celebration is totally dependent on the cooperation, participation
and help of the City of Elk River.
Without the financial help the City has allocated to the chamber, the 4th celebration would
probably not be a reality. Please pass our sincere thanks on to the appropriate people for this
help.
In addition to funding, we want to thank the Police, Reserves, Fire Department and the unsung
heroes in the Street Department. All these departments work extremely hard in helping us
make preparations and implementing a successful event. Elk River has become known as
"the place to go" for a family oriented celebration.
Again, we want to thank. everyone for their commitment, cheerful cooperation and many hours
of organization and work. Those efforts are very much appreciated.
