AGENDA ITEM 7.7 -CONSIDER TEMPORARY 3.2 ON-SALE BEER
LICENSE:
The Elk River Lions have made a request for a temporary 3.2 on-sale beer
license to sell 3.2 beer at the Fire Department Open House. The Fire
Department Open House will be held on September 9, 1995. The Fire
Department will be holding a street dance during the open house where the
beer will be sold.
• The Elk River Lions have provided the required liquor liability insurance.
ACTION REQ UESTED:
Council motion to approve a temporary 3.2 on-sale beer license for the Elk
River Lions for September 9, 1995.
AGENDA ITEM 7.8 -CONSIDER TEMPORARY SET UP LICENSE FOR
ELK RIVER LIONS:
The Elk River Lions have requested a temporary set up license for September
9, 1995. This license will also be associated with the Elk River Fire
Department street dance.
Set up licenses are approved by the Minnesota Liquor Control Board.
However, prior to the Liquor Control Board authorizing the license, the City
Council must grant its approval of the request.
ACTION REQ UESTED:
• Council motion to approve a temporary set up license for the Elk River Lions
for September 9, 1995.
