We have also asked Barbarossa & Sons, the contractor for the Western rea MUNICIPAL Phase II Improvements, to give us a quote on this work for a possible change order to their ~NNING project. They have provided a quote, based on unit prices, in the amount of $35,294.00. This will reduce the units under concrete curb and gutter and consequently reduce the total cost of the project. This quote is on a per unit price basis; therefore, they are only paid for the units which are used. If you would like, we are prepared to write a change order to the contract for the Western Area Phase II improvements to have this work done by Barbarossa & Sons.
