Reconnaissance Inspection
Dear Mayor Duitsman:
A reconnaissance inspection was conducted on August 14, 1995, by Faye Sleeper and -
Stephanie Christiansen of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). The visit consisted
• of a visual inspection of the facility and a discussion of improvements to the system.
The operator is doing a good job in operating and maintaining the system. Cleaning problems
with the ultraviolet disinfection system have been solved and the facility seemed to be in good
working order. The discharge monitoring reports indicate no reporting violations at this time.
We would like to thank Mr. Mack for his time in giving a tour of the facility so late in the day. If
