I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor of Elk River, hereby request a special
meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, September 5, 1995, at 5:00 p.m., to
be held at the Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The following issues will be discussed at the special meeting:
• Proposed 1996 General Fund Budget
• Consideration of bids for Dodge Avenue/Elk Hills Drive Project
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of the City
• Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
