Temporary 3.2 percent on-sale beer license
APPLICANT
Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce
BACKGROUND
The Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce is requesting a temporary 3.2% on-sale beer
license for July 4, 2001. The beer will be sold during the annual 4th of July celebration at Lake
Orono Park. The city has received the application and liquor liability insurance for the event.

Council motion approving a 3.2 percent on-sale beer license for the Chamber of Commerce
for July 4, 2001.
