Action Requested
Approval of the request by Zylstra Harley Davidson to hold special events on the dates as outlined in
Exhibit A with the following condition:
Inspection of the outside area will take place prior to each outside event when there is a tent.
Applicant must contact the Fire Marshall at 763.635.1110 for an inspection after the tent
area has been set up.
Background/Discussion
Zylstra Harley Davidson has submitted an application to hold special events on numerous dates in 2010.
Exhibit A lists the date, time, and details about each event. All events listed take place entirely on Zylstra
Harley Davidson property and no road closures or additional city services axe being proposed. The
application has been reviewed by the Police Chief, Fire Marshall, and Planning Manager.
