Minnesota approved "Safe and Sane" fireworks from December 22, 2009 through January 1, 2010 from
19211 Freeport St NW, Unit B121 with the following condition:
^ All applicable fire codes and all conditions of the Fire Marshal shall be met.
Background/Discussion
Christopher Ulmer, TNT Fireworks, is requesting a temporary fireworks license to sell fireworks for the
New Year Holiday from a vacant retail location at 19211 Freeport St NW, Unit B121 (Elk Park Centex).
Mr. Ulmer has submitted all the necessary application materials.
