SUBJECT: Proclamation: Rob Dreissig Day, January I, 2010
Rob Dreissig is retiring after providing the city with 33 years of service with the fire and
ambulance service. Rob has maintained over a 90% call response for the Fire Department.
We know Rob will enjoy having his nights and weekends free again along with being able to
sleep through the nights without interruption!
Staff will be at the meeting to comment on Rob's years of service.
Mayor Klinzing is asked to read and present the proclamation.

PROCLAIVIATION
WHEREAS, Rob Dreissig has retired from the Elk River Fire Department after 33
years of service to the community; and
WHEREAS, Kob has earned the respect and friendship of his peers, co-workers,
and the community; and
WHEREAS, For his dedicated service to the community, the Elk River City Council,
fellow employees, and citizens of the community extend their sincere
appreciation. to and wish. him a long, happy, and healthy retirement!
THEREFORE, I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor of the City of Elk River, do hereby
proclaim January 1, 2010 as ROB DREISSIG DAY, in recolmition and appreciation of the
loyal and professional service provided by him.
