, on November 9, 2009, the Elk River City Council adopted ordinance D9-~ 0
an ordinance amending Chapter ~ relating to the social hosting of alcohol to
minors; and
the adoption to the ordinance sets forth rules and regulations for the social
hosting of alcohol to minors, including the purpose o£ the ordinance,
definitions, prohibited acts, exemptions, enforcement, severability, and
penalty; and
a copy of the full text of Phis ordinance is available by standard or electronic
mail or for inspection at the office of the Ells River City Clerk,130G5 Urono
Parkway, during regular business hours, 5:00 a.~n. to 4:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday; and
, F , 1 L ,that the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of ordinance 09-~ 0
and that ordinance 09-~0 shall become effective upon publication of this
resolution,
