TRI-CAP
Tri-CAP offers a variety of Ioans and grants to assist with health, safety and energy
efficiency improvements for the tri-county area; Sherburne, Stearns and Benton. below

The HRA partnered with the CEE to deliver the Elk River Home Improvement Program,
CEE provided low-interest fixed rate loans for energy related improvements and other
improvements such as roof, siding, windows, kitchen and remodels. Recently, MHFA
rolled out Energy Saver Rebates which can be partnered with this program, and will be
marketed with the home improvement program in 2010.
~ MNCE received nine Elk River applications in 2009; four were rejected, four
were incomplete and one closed in the amount of X27,000
Central M Housin Partnershi CMHP
CMHP administers the MN Housing Finance Agency ~MHFA} Rental Rehabilitation Loan
Program that provides low interest financing for improving existing residential rental
properties,

ERMU offers several programs and rebates to increase residential energy efficiency.
