Council motion adopting the attached resolution authorizing the use of a safe deposit box at the First
National Banl~ of Ells River and giving staff authority for this use.

The city currently has a safe deposit box at First National Ba~l~ of Ells River which is being utilised for
the safe keep~n.g of records. As part of our records disaster plan we beep a duplicate copy of permanent
records that are on microfiche in this safe deposit box. The bank requ~.~es the city adopt a resolution
authorizing the use of the safe deposit box and listing those who have authority for this use,
