The Council is asked to approve renewal of the following mechanical amusement licenses for Mendota
Valley Amusement, Inc.;
1. American Legion Post 112 ~5 devices}
2. Broadway Ba~• and Pizza ~S devices}
3. City of Elk River Ice Arena ~3 devices}
4. Eagles Club ~4 devices}

As you may recall at the last Council meeting on the Consent agenda there was an item for the annual
xenewal of licenses. Mendota Valley Amusement was not included on that list because the city had not
received them renewal applications. Staff has since received renewal applications for the four locations
listed above.
