SUBJECT: North Star Access
This it to inform the city council that the Eddy Foundation, the parent company of North
Star Access, is making a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) donation to the police deparmxent
and a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) donation to the fire department. This donation is a
result of us being customers of North Star Access. For the past few years, we have been
receiving donations from them and I thought you should be aware of their generosity.
What we have done in the past is target these funds towards D.A.1LE. expenses. However,
since we are probably going to be doing Project Alert next year, I plan on using these funds
towards Project Alert.
