oxdinance xequixes a fna.al plat within 1 yeax of the appxoval of the pxelitninaxy plat. The subject
development has been completed ~ phases.
The develapex seeks an extension, in part due to the slow down i.n the residential housing market.
The request is consistent with Council policy xegaxding plat extensions fox staxted projects. Staff
supports the request.
