REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
, Minn. Stat. ~ 33~A.03, subd. 3 permits the use of the City of Ells River
website as an alternative method for disseminating advertisements for bids, requests for
information, and requests for proposals; and
this Statute provides that in lieu of publishing advertisements for bids,
requests for information, and requests for proposals ~ its designated legal newspaper Star
.IVe~s}, the City may use it's website as a~ alternative means of dissemination of its
advertisement for bids, requests for information, and request for proposals; and
~ adopting this alternative means of dissemination would be in. the best interest
of the City because it would save money in publication costs;
, l that the Ells River City Council hereby
adopts the alternative means of dissemination for advertisements for bids, requests for
information, and requests for proposals as provided in Minn. Stat. ~ 331A.03, subd.3.
, that the City of Elk River website shall be used
as an alternative means of dissemination for advertisements for bids, requests for
information, and requests for proposals.
