After the worksession agenda was reviewed by Council back in January, staff sent a letter to
the individuals seeking appointment stating interviews would be held at about 6:00 p.m, at
the February worksession in older to allow them to pencil in the date on their calendars. Per
past Council practice, applicants have been interviewed during worksession meetings. Due to
the added discussion on the agenda of the Focus Area Study, which nay go to 7:30-8;00
p.m., staff would life to know how Council would like to proceed with the interviews.
