Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, tl~e closed meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 7;45 p.m. by Mayor I~Iinzing.

The purpose o~ the Closed Session was to discuss the Cherryl~ills Blu~~ Uutlot .A lawsuit
pursuant to the Attorney~Client Privilege, MN Statute 13D.05, subd. 3~b~
Tlae Council and the attorney discussed the lawsuit.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor I~linzing adjourned the meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 8:15 p.m.
