Approval of a Zone Change, rezoning certain properties from A ~ to R ~a,

As part of the 2004 Comprehensive Plan, certain areas of the city were guided for Agricultural, with
provisions to rezone portions to rural residential ~R-~a} in the coming years. This rezoning was to occur
in phases with the first being in 2005. The second phase was rezoned in 2008, and this rezoning
represents the final planned phase,
Tt is now necessary to rezone certain areas of the community to allow rural residential development,
consistent with the Comprehensive Plan,
