League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust ~LMCZT} Attorney James Monge and Litigation Supervisor
Mark Rossow and ~ represented the City at the mediation regarding the purchase of the above referenced
lot. The parties reached a settlement, The cost to the City is $11,000 as previously authorized by the
Council, LMC1T is contributing an additional $G,000 to meet the settlement amount of $17,000. Mr,
Monge is drafting a settlement agreement that will complete the transfer of property to the City,

The Self Insurance Fund will be charged $11,000 plus the deductible.
