Mike Donais, Northbound Assistant Liquor Stoxe Manager, is retixing on May 8, 2010, we are going to
gxeatly ,miss the 35 years experience and contributions Mile makes on a daily bans. Currently, the liquox
store staffing includes two assistant liquox store managers, Z am proposing to eliminatie an assistant liquox•
store manager position and replace itwith afull-time liquor stoke clerk. Z would like to adjust the liquor
store operations staffing as follows:
Move Steve Tillmann, westbound assistant liquox store manager, over to the Northbound liquor
store. Steve is excited about the opportunity,
Promote JoAnn warren, part-tune liquox store clerk, to full-time liquor store clerk at the
Northbound store effective April 1, 2010, JoAnn has over 20 years experience and is currently
working 30w32 hours per week,
® Advertise fora 30 hour part-time liquox store clerk fox the westbound liquor store,

we estimate an annual savings of X40,000 starting in the 2011 budget. Some savings will be realized in
2010, but with severance payout it will be minimal.
