WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $13000 donation from the Fraternal Order of
Eagles Club with the intent it be used for parks and recreation ro ram�.n .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ells River,
by at least a two-- thirds vote, to acknowledge the support and con=end the Fraternal order
of Eagles for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Ells River this 16" da y of February
2010.
