Attached is a revised site plan that incorporates the changes we discussed during our
meeting Tuesday as well as other improvement which seem to be desirable. Please pass a
copy on to the fire marshal, and city engineer and building official for their comments.

The big difference between this site plan and the one we looked at Tuesday is the location 'r
of the entrance into the garage. This scheme provides an additional 5' between the fire
r
lane/driveway into the garage and the east property line know lOT}, and keeps the fire
lane/driveway about 10' east of the building. Tt will eliminate cross slope on the fire
lane/driveway, and it looks like we may be able to drain the fire lane/driveway runoff
water overland off of the end of the fire lane and eliminate the pipe and catch basin in
front of the overhead door. ~ also think it will enhance the front elevation of the
building by moving the overhead door onto the end of the building.
