am proposing to set up a temporary greenhouse structure in the Coborn's
parking lot for the purpose of selling garden supplies. I have been a resident of
this community for 22 years and have done business here since 196. I believe
my business brings a valued service to our c~~mmu~n~ty.
Hours of operation will be IVlonday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will be open late April through early July weather permitting.
1 believe the approximate number of parking sta(Is we use is 20 - 25 spaces. We
locate on the outer edge of the lot in order to stay out of the main traffic flow.
We hire approximately 15 employees with 3-4 being on any given shift.
