SUBJECT: RECORDS CLERK
This memo is to inform the city council that due to the resignation of Shah Peterson on
April 29, 2003, the position of Records Clerk will be filled by Renee Moms. This position is
a pay grade 6 position. Renee will be taking on these new job duties effective April 30, 2003.
Renee will be on a six (6) month orientation period until October 29, 2003. She has served
the City since May 3rd, 1999 as Secretary/Receptionist and has proven herself to be a
valuable team player. I am also recommending that Renee's wages start at the top of Pay
Grade 6 ($16.94). Renee is currently at the top of her pay grade/level 5 ($16.09)
