1.1 Call meeting to order February 17, 2010
John Dietz called the February 17, 2010 meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
1.2 Consider Utilities Agenda
Daryl Thompson moved to approve the February 17, 2010 Special Meeting Agenda.
Jerry Gumphrey seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
1.3 Closing of Meeting
Meeting is to be closed on the Basis of Attorney -Client Privilege pursuant to MN Statute
13D.05, subd. 3(b).
1.4 Closed Session
The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss the legal matter involving ERMIJ that is pending
before the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services.
a. Daryl Thompson moved to call a closed session. Jerry Gumphrey seconded the
motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Adjourn Closed Session at 5:08.
Daryl Thompson moved that management and labor counsel should proceed as directed
by the Commission in the Closed Session. Jerry Gumphrey seconded the motion. Motion
carried 3-0.
Daryl Thompson moved to adjourn the Special Meeting at 5:10. Jerry Gumphrey
seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
