'~1~3EREAS, the City of Ells Rive~• is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals fog them contributions to the community; and
VUE EAS, the City of Ells River ieceived a X501 donation from Culver's Elk River With
the intent it be used by the Pa~•l~s and Recreation Department for genet'al xec~:eation
programs; and
'~IHERE.AS, the City of Ells Rive~• also received a X250 donation from Cobo~n's,1nc with
the intent it be used by the Pa~•ks and Recreation Department for gene~:al recreation
programs; and
1VW, TEREF~R.E, ~E ~T ~ES~L~ED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
by at least atwo-thuds vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Culver•'s Elk River
and Coborns, inc. fo~.• their donations.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Ells River this 15th day of March 2010.
