PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, I~enneth "Jay" Dehn, Jr. has retired from the Fire Department after 3I years of
service to the community; and
WHEREAS, Jay has earned the respect and friendship of his peers, co-worl~ers, and the
community; and
WHEREAS, For his dedicated service to the community, the Ells River City Council, fellow
