Dear Michelle,
This letter is to inform you that after evaluating the situation for creating fuLt walkout lots
in Mississippi Oaks Second Addition, on the creek/backwater of the Mississippi River, I have
decided that I agree with your recommendation to leave the bank as it is. You were right with
your evaluation and reasons why it should be left alone. Therefore, I am officially withdrawing
my request to modify the Development plan, and I will not be attending the Planning Commission
meeting Tuesday, June 26 as was planned. If you would please notify the planning commission of
my decision to withdraw, and thank them for their effort in preparing for my original request to
create full walkouts in Mississippi Oaks Second Addition.
I thank you for your patience in this matter, and I am looking forward to working closely
with you on any future development.
Sincerely,
Gordon J. Moldenhauer
