w~IEIiEA~, the City of Ells River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
'~1EREAS, the City of Elk River received a $501 donation from Culver's Ells River with
the .intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department for general recreation
programs; and
wI~E~.EA.~, the City of Elk River also received a $250 donatson from Coborn's, Inc with
the intent it be used by the Parl~s and Recreation Department for general recreation
programs; and
~~w, 'EREF~~E, E IT E~LVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
by at least atwo-thirds vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Culver's Elk River
and Coborns, Inc. for their donations.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15~ day of March 2010.
