Request for Final Plat Approval,
Weatherwood Subdivision,
Case No. P 95-1
Background
This application was presented to the City Council on December 18, 1995.
Staff informed the City Council of some outstanding storm drainage issues,
at which time the City Council tabled the item to the January 8, 1996
meeting.
Staff is still working with the developers and their consulting engineer to
have the plans revised and appropriate information provided for the City
Engineer's review and approval. At this point staff is not comfortable with
recommending approval of the final and have asked the developers that this
item be deferred to the January 16th regular council meeting to take formal
action.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council table this item until the January 16,
1996 City Council meeting.
