SUBJECT: Schedule State of the City/Annual Report Meeting
At a previous City Council meeting, the Council discussed the State of the City presentation
and agreed to include the State of the City as part of the annual report presentation. The
May 3 meeting is the next meeting available to present the annual reports. A joint meeting
with the Parks and Recreation Commission is also scheduled for that evening. It is
anticipated that the department heads will give a review of their department's activities
followed by an opportunity for presentations by the Mayor and Councilmembers concluding
with a question and answer session. Following this, the Council can recess to a worksession
with the Parks and Recreation Commission.
Finally, no action is requested on this item other than to confirm availability for May 3 and
to concur with the format.
