SUBJECT: Special Assessment Reapportionments
Minnesota Statutes require that the City Council approve all special
assessment reapportionments. The attached list includes special
assessments to be reapportioned for Hillside Crossing South. The original
parcel will become part of Cherryhill Bluffs Fourth Addition which will
require a subsequent special assessment reapportionment.
The City Council is asked to approve the reapportionment as attached.
