SUBJECT: Elk River Independence Day 2010 Committee Presentation
Jim Boyle and fellow representatives of the Elk River Independence Day 2010 Committee
will be at the Council meeting to present the plans for their proposed Independence Day
celebration. The Committee is also making a presentation to the Economic Development
Authority (EDA) and requesting $6,000 in EDA funds that are included in the 2010 budget
fox the fireworks. The general fund budget does not include any staff time or other funds for
this event.
