Call a special meeting to review the 171st Focused Area Study.
Background/Discussion
Staff is nearing completion of the 1715` Focused Area Study and anticipates review toward the end of the
month.
Staff is requesting the Council establish a special meeting for Monday, Apri126 at 6:30 p.m., in the Upper
Town Conference room. This meeting would be a joint meeting with the Economic Development
Authority and Planning Commission.
If the full Council cannot attend, staff would like direction on when the full Council could attend.
The purpose of that meeting would be to review the formal document and receive the final presentation.
If any changes are necessary, these will be presented by staff at a regular Council meeting as soon as
possible, likely in May.
