1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 8:32 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing.
2. Closed Session - Union Negotiations
The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss union negotiations pursuant to MN
Statute Statute 13D.03, subd.l(b).
• 3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting of the Elk River
Ciry Council at 8:43 p.m.
