BACKGROUND
Clint Kraft has made application to have a one-day clothing sale on August 22, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.,
at the Ice Arena. Mr. Kraft will be paying a fee to the Ice Arena for the use of the Arena. Arrangements
have been made with Rich Czech, Arena Manager. Mr. Kraft's application is currently going through
the Police background check requirement. Approval should be based on a successful background
check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Approval of a transient merchant license for Mr. ICraft to hold a one-day clothing sale at the Elk River
Arena on August 22, 2001, contingent upon a successful police background check.
