Staff is looping at die feasibility of placing a 10 foot wide trail along the north side of 221" Avenue from
the Rice Lake Parlc to the Great Northern Trail. The trail would impact three property owners and it
appears the closet home to the trail would be approtunately 75 feet. There currently is no road right-of-
way so any trails along the road would have to be in an easement that is granted by the property owner.
The attached ethibit shows the approtiinate location of the property lines that the trail would cross.
