Zerwas, Chief of Police August 9, 2001 Sherburne County ATV/Dirt Bike Ordinance This is follow-up to my memo dated July 22, 2001, in regards to the ATV/Dirt Bike Ordinance that was adopted by Sherbume County. As I indicated, I am providing you with a copy of Sherbume County's new ordinance. Please review the ordinance and determine if this is a subject we may want to address in our city. Also, in yesterday's Star News (08-08-01) there was an article pertaining to this ordinance. I have also attached this news story for you to read. It seems that the County Commissioners may be re-evaluating some of the issues that have developed since the adoption of this ordinance as a result of complaints from citizens.
