At the February 9t~ Commission meeting, Staff was direct to review the Customer Deposit Policy
and related practices and bring back policy revision options, At the March 9~~ Commission
meeting, the Commission approved a revised Customer Deposit Policy, Zn conjunction with the
revised policy, staff has been worl~ing on a commercial customer applicationlreceipt. This
proposed form gill be provided at the meeting for Commission review.
