Amend the City of Elk River Public Purpose Expenditure Policy for the Independence Day Celebration.
Background/Discussion
When the City Council adopted the City of Elk River Public Purpose Expenditure Policy, the Fourth of
July Celebration made reference to the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce. Staff is proposing the
policy be amended as follows:
