SUBJECT: Inventory of Residential Lots
Attached is an inventory of all residential lots that have been platted since
1989. The bottom line of this inventory is that there are 3241ots available
for single family and townhome development. Based on the average number
of building permits issued for single family and townhome development over
the past five years, the city has a supply of lots for two and a half years.
This inventory is updated monthly and will be included in the Council
packets each month.
