SUBJECT: Sign Change on Rush Avenue at 5th
Street
Due to cross traffic visibility and other concerns, I would request that the
City Council authorize the replacement of the yield signs on Rush Avenue at
5th Street with stop signs. The replacement will be done as soon as possible.
