Approve the following solicitor licenses valid through December 31, 2010:
1. Richard Rehschuh to go door-to-door on behalf of Elk River Ford Dodge Jeep Mahindra
providing information on products and services and selling coupon cards.
2. Neil Norrie to go door-to-door advertising lawn care services for TruGreen Lawn Care.
Background/Discussion
The above applicants are requesting solicitor licenses to go door-to-door selling various products and
services. All applicants have submitted the necessary application materials and fees and have cleared
Police Department background investigations.
