Under the section of the contract titled'} "Terms of Agreement", the contract may be renewed for an additional two year term. On behal£ of the City of Elk River, I am proposing to renew this contract under the existing terms for an additional two year period. Please notify me in writing to let me k2~ow if this proposal is acceptable to Pretzel's Sanitation. The new term will then expire on May 31 2003.
