SUBJECT: Verbal Update from the City Engineer
on Public Improvement Projects
City Engineer Terry Maurer is scheduled to be in attendance at this City
Council meeting. As the construction season is nearing an end for 1995, it is
appropriate for Terry to provide the Council with an update on the status of
the public improvement projects that are ongoing in Elk River. Some of these
projects are as follows:
• Western Area Phase II streets, trunk sewer and water, and the
improvements associated with the residential developments and
the Business Park.
• Joplin Street and Highway 10 signal and north Highway 10
frontage road that begins at Joplin Street.
• Elk Hills Drive and Dodge Street/Avenue intersection.
• Main/Evans drainage improvement project.
• Elk Park Center Phase II.
