APPLICANT
Jessica Palmer
BACKGROUND
Jessica Palmer is requesting a massage therapist license to practice massage at Salina Spa
Salon located at 19262 Freeport in the City of Elk River. Jessica has met the required 500
hours of completed course work. The Police Department is in the process of completing the
required background check; therefore approval should be contingent upon a successful
background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Jessica Palmer contingent upon
a successful background check.
