A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR SERVICES FOR 2003 WHEREAS, fees for services are reviewed annually to ensure that fees are sufficient to cover services provided by the city; and WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the fees charged for services; and WHEREAS, the Council has found that some fees need to be amended, WHEREAS, the attached fee schedule reflects the amended fees that will be charged for services rendered by the City of Elk River in the year 2003. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached fee schedule is effective beginning June 1, 2003. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 12~ day of May, 2003.
