Approve the change to the April 28, 2010, Board of Appeal and Equalization minutes as outlined below:

Background/Discussion
On Monday, May 10, 2010, the City Council approved the Apri128, 2010 Board of Appeal and
Equalization minutes. The minutes were reviewed by the County Assessor and his staff prior to approval;
however, the County Assessor notified city staff of a mistake in one of the motions the morning after the
minutes had been approved by the Council. After careful review of the audio recording it is clear that the
motion should be changed as noted above.
