I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special closed meeting of the Elk River
City Council on Monday, May 17, 2010, 5:30 p.m., at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special closed meeting is to discuss litigation strategy for the Elk River
Landfill lawsuit pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(b), Attorney-Client Privilege.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
